As an elected Committee member, I attended the clubhouse this evening for the monthly Committee meeting, due to be held at 7pm. I managed to speak with another Committee member however, who confirmed that no Notification had apparently been issued by the Secretary to cancel, postpone or otherwise amend the normal meeting date and time. 
Tonight's incident when taken into consideration with there being no communication whatsoever from the Secretary (the body responsible) about anything either by poster on the noticeboards, email, nor even here on Facebook, including the clubhouse being closed at weekends, previously announced social events left in abeyance, strongly suggests something is not right. 
Can the Secretary please advise the membership of the what is happening overall, as well as why tonight's Committee meeting did not transpire ...
